The line outputs UD30,CD60 for ceiling and UW50,UW75,UW100,CW50,CW75 and CW100 profiles for Walls.
The profiles conforms to EN14195 standards.
The line includes DE-COLER, ROLLFORM MACHINE with 12 stations, FLYING SHEAR and STACKING TABLE.
The rollforming machine has 12 forming station and rollers are made from high strength steel and hardened to 58-60 HRc.
The straightening unit placed after the forming station. The profile is cut in desired lengths via flying shear.
It is fully automatic via MITSIBUSHI PLC and SERVO CONTROLLER system.
The set-up time varies from 30 mintues to 2 hours to change profile model to be produced.
The line is exported to Europe.
